Data Deletion Request

Distri by Blink Logic respects your right to control your personal data. If you have used Distri via a Facebook Login integration, you can request the deletion of your data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion​

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your Distri account
  • Any relevant account identifiers

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted​

When you submit a data deletion request, we will delete:

  • Your account and profile information
  • Agent configurations and workflow definitions associated with your account
  • API usage data and interaction logs
  • Any other personal data linked to your account

Data Retention Exceptions​

In limited cases, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as:

  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Resolution of disputes
  • Enforcement of our agreements

In such cases, we will inform you of the justification and the expected retention period.

Confirmation​

Once your data has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you submitted your request through Facebook, you can track the status using the confirmation code provided.
