We DO NOT use your agent configurations, workflow data, or any user data to develop, improve, or train generalised or non-personalised AI or ML models.

Data is processed exclusively for your individual agent execution requests without retention for model training purposes. All AI processing involves personalised, request-specific operations only.

5. Third-Party AI Providers​

To power AI agent capabilities, we may partner with third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), Deepseek, Qwen, xAI, and LangDB.ai.

Data is transferred to these providers only for processing your specific agent execution requests. We do not permit these providers to use your data for their own model training.

6. Data Retention and Deletion​

User data is retained only as long as necessary for active service provision. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Agent execution data is processed transiently and is not permanently stored beyond what is necessary for providing analytics and audit features.

We apply administrative, technical, and procedural safeguards appropriate for cloud platform operations, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, authentication mechanisms, regular security assessments, and partnerships with dependable infrastructure providers.
