By accessing or using Distri ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Distri is an embeddable agent framework that allows developers to build, deploy, and integrate AI agents into their applications. The Service includes both open-source components and cloud-hosted infrastructure.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or abusive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Distri Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The open-source components of Distri are licensed under the MIT License. Your use of these components is subject to the terms of that license.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Distri Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's operation or the information, content, or materials included therein.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
