Terms of Service — Distri

1. Agreement​

By accessing or using Distri services ("Services"), operated by Blink Logic, a Singapore-registered company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Our Services​

Distri provides a platform for embedding stateful AI agents into software products. Services include agent definition and configuration, tool integration, deployment via CLI and API, and related developer infrastructure. Services are available via our website (distri.dev), CLI tools, APIs, and related applications.

3. Licence​

Distri is available under a FairCode licence — free for personal and commercial use. The source code is open for transparency. Specific licence terms and restrictions are detailed in the repository licence file and take precedence over these general Terms where applicable.

4. User Registration​

Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly update any changes. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property​

All content, features, and functionality of Distri (including software, text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by Blink Logic and protected by intellectual property laws, subject to the FairCode licence terms.

Content, configurations, and agent definitions you create remain yours. By using our Services, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and execute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

6. Purchases and Payment​

Paid features are billed in USD. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Subscriptions are billed monthly with automatic renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Customer Responsibilities​

Customers are responsible for:

  • Their agent configurations, integrations, and compliance obligations
  • Ensuring appropriate use of AI-powered agent capabilities
  • Not using the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • Securing API keys and access credentials

8. Prohibited Activities​

You may not:

  • Use the Services to violate any law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any proprietary part of the platform (beyond what the FairCode licence permits)
  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without authorisation

9. AI-Generated Content​

AI agent outputs are generated by third-party AI models and should be validated before use in production systems. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. Users retain full responsibility for how agent outputs are used.

10. Availability and Changes​

We may update platform features, APIs, tools, and documentation over time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.

11. Disclaimer​

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blink Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or SGD $10.00, whichever is greater.

13. Privacy​

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

15. Termination​

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
